In the western part of the Port of Rotterdam, on the Maasvlakte, there will be extensive construction in the coming years, to build several power plants among other things. Many of the construction and maintenance workers are foreigners. They can spend the night at Hotel At Work (subsidiary of the Jan Snel Group), a temporary hotel completely supplied, decorated and furnished by Jan Snel. Hotel At Work is equipped with 650 beds (which can be expanded to 1500), single and double rooms, bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining hall and recreational facilities.
