With the acquisition of Sjaak Moens in Sas van Gent and Stekene (Belgium) in 2001 and the acquisition of Verlaat Bouwsystemen in Alblasserdam, the Netherlands, in 2004, the company’s gradual growth has resulted in unique, innovative business solutions.

Modular Building
Jan Snel offers you space. We design, advise, manufacture, transport, place and move prefabricated building solutions including units for semi-permanent occupation and prefab units with concrete floors for permanent buildings. Units and prefabricated buildings are used by/for schools, offices, banks, pharmacies, neighbourhood centres, shopping centres, industrial and construction accommodation, handicapped residences, sanitary facilities, detention centres, security posts, etc.
Product items: Jan Snel Modular Buildings supplies and produces the following products:
-Flex units: Comprising ready-to-use units, including floor covering, electricity, sanitary facilities and heating. Available in dimensions of 6x3 metres, stackable to four floors.
-Concrete Flex and MOVIX system: Elements put together on the building site. Available as shells or turnkey delivered.
-VHB building system: The design is comparable to a permanent building system.
-Special products on request.
Transport
Jan Snel Transport is your logistics partner in transport – from our own modular building systems to the transport of separately cast recycling materials. Our transport method is a total concept. This means that, if our clients so desire, we can arrange everything from total transport and accompanying documentation, storage and transhipment of materials, stock management and sending digital film reports – to looking after customs’ formalities.
