Rivierduinen Oegstgeest

Rivierduinen provides daily care to people with psychological or psychiatric problems. In Oegstgeest, Jan Snel built a temporary assisted living centre for Rivierduinen with ten residential units, a common area and office facilities. The building will remain in use for at least 3.5 years and was placed and delivered in just 15 days. The finish is very high quality and the energy consumption sustainable, thanks to a Climaflex system for both heating and cooling, which makes gas unnecessary and electricity consumption especially low.
